Welcome to the Caestro website at caestro.xyz (and any other domains we use for it). This is a simple site: it tells you what Caestro does and lets you get in touch. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you are using it for your company, you are agreeing on the company's behalf.

01What this site is

The site is for information and for contacting us. It describes Caestro's AI agents, which businesses hire through a job description backed by a shared company memory. There are no accounts, logins, product access, or payments here. Any actual work with Caestro happens under a separate written agreement, not these terms.

02What you send us

You can send us a job description, request a call, or request a briefing. Anything you send stays yours. You are giving us permission only to read it and respond (to prepare for a call, schedule time, or send the briefing). We keep it confidential, we never use it to train AI models, and we delete it if you ask. Please only send information you have the right to share.

03Fair use

Please do not misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping or copying it by automated means, and no pretending to be someone you are not.

04Our content

The site, its text, design, and the Caestro name and logo belong to Caestro. You are welcome to read it; everything else stays ours. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them freely.

05Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it.

06No guarantees

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE INFORMATION ON IT IS GENERAL AND MAY CHANGE, AND IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAESTRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Toronto, Ontario.

08Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions, or a request to delete something you sent, go to support@caestro.ai.
