Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Caestro is a Canadian company. This policy covers our website at caestro.xyz (and any other domains we use for it). The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply to you, we never train AI models on it, and we delete it if you ask.
01What we collect
Only what you type into a form: a job description (text, a link, or an optional file up to 5MB), your work email, and optionally your name and company, when you request a call or a briefing. Like most sites, our hosts also log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when you visit.
02How we use it
To read what you sent, reply, and set up any call or briefing you asked for, and to keep the site running and secure. That is all. We do not use your submissions to train AI models or to build datasets, and we never sell your information or use it for advertising.
03Your submissions stay confidential
What you send is treated as confidential, is never used to train AI models, and is deleted on request. Email support@caestro.ai and we will confirm.
04Who helps us run the site
A few providers process data on our instructions: Google Workspace (a private spreadsheet and email notifications), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Fonts (typefaces). They may store data in the United States or Canada, which could be outside your country. We do not share your information with anyone else, except with your consent or where the law requires it.
05Keeping and deleting your data
We keep what you send only as long as needed to follow up with you. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time at support@caestro.ai.
06Cookies
The site runs no advertising cookies and no third-party ad trackers. If we ever add simple, privacy-respecting analytics, we will not use them to follow you around other websites.
07Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Questions or requests go to support@caestro.ai.
